TERMS & CONDITIONS


All Packages sold are strictly NON- REFUNDABLE.
There will be no refund for any UNUSED lessons past validity date.


1. Regular Campus Classes & Online Classes

Booking/ Cancellation
‍Booking for each Campus class opens : 3 Months Prior
Booking for each Online class opens : 1 Month Prior
Booking for each Online/Campus class closes : 3 Days prior at 9:00 AM
Cancellation of all classes have to be made 2 Days prior to the scheduled date & time, Lesson credit will be returned to account

Cancellation less than 2 Days prior to scheduled lesson is not allowed and will lead to forfeiture of lesson credit


Late/ No Show
If student is late by more than 15 minutes after the start of booked lesson, student will not be allowed into the class and lesson credit will be deducted from student's package.

Failure to show up for booked lesson will result in deduction of credit from account.
There will be no replacement classes for missed sessions.


Suspension Policy
‍For anyone who bought at least 15 credits (cumulative), we will allow a 4 lessons suspension with a valid reason.
Subsequently, we will deduct 1 credit for every 4 lessons (or part there of) of suspension.
Total suspension should not exceed 12 weeks.


Medical Certificate
‍In the case of student being sick and unable to attend lessons, please upload a copy of student's Medical Certificate onto our website and we will return the credit for the lesson and extend student's package validity accordingly.

*If student is sick and does not have an MC, inform us and we will return the credit for the lesson. (No extension to package validity)



*In a situation where physical classes cannot be conducted due to regulatory requirements or other similar unforeseen circumstances,1) Packages will be suspended (validity extended)2) Physical class credits converted to online lesson credits3) Plans transferable at a transfer fee.




2. Physical & Online Camps

Booking/ Cancellation
Booking for each camp closes 3 days before it starts.
Strictly NO Cancellation & Refund for Camps paid and booked for.


Medical Certificate
‍In the case of student being sick and unable to attend the camp, please upload a copy of student's Medical Certificate onto our website and we will return the credit for the camp and extend student's plan validity accordingly.

The credits returned back to your package can only be carried forward until the next available camp.
