Can I share the package among my children?

Each of your children would require their own package.

What does my child need to bring for lessons?

Your child will need his/her own: Water bottle & Bag [To store and bring lesson materials home after each lesson.]

Does my child need to wear a mask for lesson?

Your child may wear a mask if he/she is unwell.

Do we have to wear socks for lessons?

We prefer your child to come without socks or grip socks for safety purposes.

When is the start of your term?

Each term is 12 lessons each; you can join our classes at any point of the term.

Are your classes suitable for non-native speakers?

Yes, we do have bilingual classes catered to non-native speakers.

When will I get the Zoom Link for the online lessons that I've signed up?

You will receive a booking confirmation email and the zoom links for all the classes that you've booked can be found in that email. 24 hours before the start of your lesson, you will receive a booking reminder email with the zoom link of your class.

Is there a replacement class for my child if we miss a session?

No, we do not offer replacement classes for missed sessions. You can however, unschedule the lesson in the system.

What happens to my child's lesson credit if we are unable to attend a lesson?

If your child is unable to attend a lesson, you can cancel/ reschedule the lesson 24 hours before it starts. Failure to do so will result in forfeiture of lesson credit.

What happens to my child's lesson credit if she is sick?

If your child is sick and unable to attend a lesson, the credit will be returned to your plan. If your child has a medical certificate issued by the doctor to cover for the lesson's date, upload a copy of the Medical Certificate onto our website and we will extend your plan's validity by 1 week.

Where do I upload my child's medical certificate?

Scroll to the bottom of our homepage and you will see "Submit MC" on the bottom right hand corner. Click on it and you will be directed to upload your Medical Certificate.

What is in it for me to refer a friend?

Each time you refer a friend, you will be entitled to a referral promotion available for that month.
